2. Information Collection and Use

2.1.1 Device Information: To ensure the proper operation of our Software, we collect basic information about how you use your Device, including the Device Model, OS Version, Device unique identifier (e.g. IMEI, MAC address), Network Type, IP Address, to suit our Software functionality, optimize operational performance and prevent security risks.
2.1.2 Account Information: If the user chooses to register a Vidzy account, we will collect the registration information provided by the user, including username, email address, for account login, authentication, and service notifications. No additional information related to the user‘s real identity will be collected.
2.1.3 Usage Records: We collect records of users‘ use of the Software, including video upload times, playback history, folder creation and editing records, movie viewing progress, for implementing video continuation, folder management, feature optimization, and personalized recommendations (users can voluntarily turn off the personalized recommendation feature).
2.1.4 Uploaded Content: Video files and video names that users voluntarily upload to the Software are used only for user personal viewing, playback, and management. We do not actively view, edit, or use user-uploaded video content.
2.2 Purposes of Information Use
2.2.1 Provides Core Services: Software-based functions such as video upload, storage, playback, folder management, etc., ensuring the stability and smoothness of the service.
2.2.2 Optimize user experience: Based on user usage history, optimize the software interface, feature layout, and running performance to improve user ease of operation.
2.2.3 Security Assurance: Used to identify and prevent security risks such as malicious attacks and account theft, protecting the security of user accounts and uploaded content.
3. Information Storage
3.1 Location of Storage
3.1.1 We store your personal information and uploaded content on overseas servers that comply with international data protection standards, ensuring that the data storage meets the legal and regulatory requirements of the region where the data is stored.
3.2 Storage period
3.2.1 Personal Information: While continuously stored during the user‘s use of the Vidzy software, after the user logs out of their account, we will delete or anonymize all personal information within 15 working days, except as otherwise stipulated by law and regulations.
3.2.2 Uploaded Content: Video content uploaded by the user will continue to be stored until the user actively deletes or signs out of the account. After signing out of the account, the video content will also be deleted and cannot be recovered.
3.3 Storage Security
3.3.1 We adopt security measures such as encryption technologies, access controls, and data backups to protect user information and uploaded content from unauthorized access, tampering, disclosure, or corruption, in accordance with international data security standards.
4. Information Transfer and Disclosure

4.1.1 The transmission of user information and uploaded content will use cryptographic techniques to ensure the security of the data during the transmission, and will only be transmitted between the user‘s device and our overseas servers when the user uses the software features.
